With a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (2012) and a solid background in Health & Fitness Sciences, I offer a range of specialized services designed to support my clients’ unique needs.

Advanced Techniques:

My additional training at The School of Structural Therapy includes mobilization techniques for the cervical, thoracic, upper extremity, lumbosacral, and pelvic regions, as well as cranial therapy techniques for the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. I incorporate a variety of approaches, such as myofascial release, muscle energy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, strain-counterstrain, and positional release techniques.

I also offer cupping therapy and have completed Level 1 and Level 2 in Craniosacral Therapy.

Since 2017, I have held a teaching position at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and I am an active member in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.

My goal is to guide clients in achieving their personal health goals and improving their daily quality of life.
